Set in the busy Mayfair area of London, works will be carried out over weekends using access equipment
Works to restore/repair the Faience tiles at Ibex House, Central London have re-commenced to the East end of the building.

Samac were given the opportunity to give a little something back to the community in the form of clearing overgrown areas to a nursing home in Croydon.
We sent our teams of tree surgeons and general tradesman to carry out the clearance and tidying of the overgrown rear garden area. Footpaths were thoroughly jet washed, weed killer applied and pointing carried out to prevent any trip hazards to ensure the gardens were safe and usable for the residents.
We received a very lovely thank you from the residents on completion in the form of a homemade cake.
Staplehurst Nursing Home, Tonbridge, Kent:
Samac have secured the contract to renew roof coverings to an Italian style Georgian manor house in Tonbridge, Kent.
Works involve the demolition/removal of redundant chimney stacks and replacements of slates, leadwork and guttering.
Works are anticipated to start late spring and take 6-weeks to complete.
Samac have been awarded contracts to carry out high quality refurbishment of 2 apartments within London’s West End.
Works have already commenced on site and both apartments are due for completion in January 2014
September 2013 – We have been instructed to carry out the exterior refurbishment of 12-18 Grosvenor Gardens to Moet & Chandon’s London offices.

August 2013 – Works have just started on exterior refurbishment for Workman and Partners on behalf of LaFarge Cement UK Plc
Samac have been awarded the fit out contract for Saunderson House following the successful completion of enabling works for the Landlord.
The fit out works for the new tenants consist of partitioning, new air conditioning, data installation, kitchen and toilet refurbishment.
Samac have been appointed by Rontec to carry out enhancement works as part of the rebranding of multiple Total UK sites into Shop’N Drive, a new forecourt concept. This is an ongoing contract for which 20 have been completed so far in the South East.
Samac were recently appointed by Stream Properties to carry out a major refurbishment of the 6th floor offices at Chancery House in Sutton. The works were completed on programme and within budget.
